The Wedo ECO wick is a braided wick with a non-cored construction. It also has threads of paper woven into the wick for additional stability. The Wedo ECO wick series is designed for use in natural waxes such as soy waxes. The smallest sizes of Wedo ECO wick are also suitable for making natural tealight candles.
Options
- Raw (Unwaxed) Wick – Specified number of metres supplied on a cardboard bobbin as a continuous, string-like wick. This format is for you to cut to the length you require and wax yourself.
- Waxed & Tabbed Wicks – pre-waxed with natural wax and fitted with a 15 mm metal sustainer tab. Supplied in packs of 50. To order larger volumes, update the quantity as needed in multiples of 50 (i.e. x20 for a quantity of 1000). Lengths available: 80 mm, 120 mm, and 160 mm. The ECO 0.5 size which is well-suited to making tealights are also available in a 30 mm pre-waxed height with sustainer fitted.
- Waxed wicks are available with an adhesive pad attached to the sustainer, making it easy to securely attach the wick to your candle container. Adhesive wick pads are also sold separately if you prefer to apply them yourself.
