From March 2026 onwards, we will be operating Monday to Thursday. This will be for the spring and summer. We will return to a 5 day week in September 2026.
This reflects our decision to move forward with a more modern approach to how we work.
We believe a four-day working week during the spring and summer supports a healthier, more sustainable way of working for our team, while allowing us to remain focused, efficient, and consistent in the service we provide.
There are no other changes to our product range, ordering process, or delivery arrangements.
It is our long-term view to move to a four-day working week for the whole year. We pride ourselves on our consistent quick despatch during the run up to Christmas so will only move forward with this when we can ensure that will continue.
