Bipol-VB

Bipol-VB is an opacifier and hardener most commonly used when stearin is not suitable such as when working with rubber or latex moulds. Alongside hardening and improving opacity, Bipol-VB helps retain oils, including fragrance oils, to minimise sweating and enhance scent throw.

Key Characteristics

• Format: Beads
• Melting Point: Must be heated to approximately 60–62°C to melt.
• Pouring Temperature: Dependent on the wax you are using with Bipol-VB.

How to Use Bipol-VB

• Use at a concentration of 2–10% of your total wax weight.

Tips & Troubleshooting

• If you want to significantly increase your fragrance load, consider Bipol-X, which allows you to triple-scent your candles.
• Always re-test your wick when incorporating any additive into your candle wax.
